College Prep Girls

Service Description

Girls grades 8-12 will register to join weekly training every Sunday to compliment their high school seasons. These workouts will be designed to help you stay at a high level of fitness while breaking down actions, and reads that will help you in your school seasons. There will be volume reps, breaking down reads and then repping game speed, film/board work (IQ), and some competition too. We will bring in quest speakers, and guest Coaches often to add more value and knowledge to this program.
