Extra Work Clinic

Service Description

Girls only advanced training camp. Ages 12-18, grades 6-12. This is the second instalment of the Extra Work Clinic, the first one was amazing, and we can't wait to get back in the gym with Coach Elle. This camp will run for 3 days will challenge and push all athletes to get the most out of their time. It will be high level university like workouts each day that will encompass what it takes to be a complete player. Handle work, elite finishing, jab game, counter moves, one on one bread downs. Spacing, movement, 3 on 3 to 5 on 5 concepts. Reads, actions, and scrimmages will be a huge part of this camp also. Its going to be a lot of fun, we will compete a lot and we will pause to go through different actions unfolding so we all understand the reads.
