Extra Work Pre Season Clinic

Service Description

Get Ready for the Girls High School Basketball Season!! Girls only advanced training camp. Ages 12-18, grades 6-12. This is the third instalment of the Extra Work Clinic, the first two were amazing, and we can't wait to get back in the gym with Coach Elle. This clinic will be 1 day 3 hrs, and it will challenge and push all athletes to get the most out of their time. It will be high level university like workouts each day that will encompass what it takes to be a complete player. Handle work, elite finishing, jab game, counter moves, one on one break downs. Spacing, movement, 3 on 3 to 5 on 5 concepts. Reads, actions, and scrimmages will be a huge part of this camp also. It's going to be a lot of fun, we will compete a lot and we will pause to go through different actions directing what good defence will be doing so we all understand the reads.
