Summer Small Group Training 


U10-U13 Skills Sessions for boys and girls will be focused on developing basic and elite skill sets, game concepts, and volume shooting reps.  There will be a group on the court working safely and with distance.


There will be a strong focus on details that matter at the next level. The 2 hour sessions will include, speed, strength, agility and cardio. We will focus on the skills such as footwork, attack moves, with combos, counters, and of course lots of shooting reps. We are going to push these elite athletes to be ready for club, season, and college/university.

We want to be clear that we are running these programs consistently in line with our Safety Plan. Our Safety Plan was made in accordance with Basketball Canada, BC Basketball, viaSport & BC's provincial health and safety guidelines.
